[Publib] Netflix option to fines: was "circulation decline"

I wonder if there's any way to incorporate that loop element into our
services.  I suppose all that we would need to keep the patrons happy is a
hundred copies of each title and that's not practical for most systems.  It
would be nice to have the same kind of recommendation format for our own
materials, though.

The interesting thing for me though, is how the nearly unlimited queue, in
conjunction with the limited borrowing privilege (2 copies for my family)
work together to create a heightened sense of expectation.
