[Publib] Book Club Books

As of right now we only offer one book club, our Mystery Book Club, which is in conjunction with several other libraries, we purchased 14 pbk copies of our title, did not mark them in any other way than I believe to put our Library stamp in the rear. The way our program works is that we ship our fourteen books to another library in the "book coup" and in return a library ships their books to us, and well ship to one another monthly. We are getting ready to start a large type club, and are planning to utilize  LT books from KDLA for each month. 

We are always looking for more ideas, suggestions, etc for book clubs.Miranda Burton

  Some book club questions for the list

  If your library has adult book clubs how do you provide the books? 
  Does your library buy multiple copies or require participants to purchase them?  
  If the library buys copies do you process them and check them out to patrons or do you loan them to book club members without processing?
