[Publib] re television series DVDs

It sounds like he was putting the DVD image on his
computer-- he could watch it later on the computer, or
burn it to a disk.  I can't really imagine doing the
copying there at the library-- it takes 25-45 minutes
total for each DVD.

I'm sure it's illegal either way, but IMO it's not
immoral unless you're selling the copies, or trading
em around.  It's not as if he were going to pay for a
DVD and instead the company got deprived of revenue.
