[Publib] Another Call for Participation in the Chat Reference Training Survey

Hi all,

I posted a message inviting participation in the survey on chat reference
training techniques about two weeks ago, but haven't received many responses
so far. Thus, I'd like to cordially invite all chat reference practioners
again to fill out this survey. It'll only take you 10-15 minutes and your
responses will be of great help to my research on the professional
preparation for chat reference.
