[Publib] Finding writers in Vegas

Hello:

A client of ours is trying to recruit writers for a travel program on Las Vegas
and would like to find writers who live in Vegas. They have posted job listings
on craigslist and monster but would like to know if there are better places (both
online and off) to post (they are especially eager for lower cost or free options
but will explore all options).
