[Publib] baggage in the library

It must be very difficult to convince people to leave their purses and
attaches at the door. Do you provide security? Are you insured against
loss or theft?

How do people who bring school bags or work attaches or briefcases in
with work to do in the library cope? Do they unload their materials,
store the bag, lug their materials all over the library, then reverse
the process when they are done?
