[Publib] Projecting Future Staff Needs

Hello,

 

I am beginning a project with my colleagues to determine the staffing needs
of our building after our renovation is complete. I have already found a few
resources from our Library Service Centers, but I'm wondering if anyone who
has already completed a similar project would be willing to share websites,
resources, or formulas.  I'm especially interested in the categories used to
