[Publib] circulating AV items

The opposite problem occurs as well--if one keeps a whole set of DVD's  or books on CD together, people complain that they cannot watch/listen  to all of them in one checkout period (such as one week, or even two  weeks). This is problematic if they are paying a rental fee!
