[Publib] Flickr Photo Service Scary to Some People: Challenges to Libraries' Use of the Flickr Photo Service

Libraries in the Midwest and across the country using the Flickr photo
hosting service are receiving e-mails from one or two individuals
challenging the library's use of the Flickr service and/or urging the
library to block access to Flickr. Michael Stephens has written a brief
article for the ALA TechSource blog addressing these e-mails and the
utility of using Flickr for sharing photos:
