Our custodial help is one full time custodian who works in our shared
library/Council on Aging Building.  We have probably 2/3 of his time.  His
salary is paid by our town's "Department of Public Works" and nothing is
"charged" to the library's funding.  I think he will be retiring soon, and
am sure the DPW will not replace him, but will outsource his work.  We dread
it, because he does a lot more than "janitorial" work...he puts furniture
together, fixes anything broken, etc.
