[Publib] Cell Phones in the Library

I have a prepaid cell phone. I tend to only use it  for emergencies or for my two kids, who rarely call it unless they  really need to talk to me. Pretty much, they are the only ones with the  number.
  
  I tend to forget I even have the thing, let along to turn it off. So  don't be too hard on those of us who are surprised when they start  ringing despite your signs.
