[Publib] Cell Phones in Library

Someone on this list once posted that they handed out a statement when asking customers to comply with their "no cell phone use" policy.  The card read something like: "We (or Central Library) and our patrons request that the library be a cell-phone-free zone" or something like that.  I always liked that wording.  It seems much less confrontational.
