[Publib] Remove me from the list

This member was removed, and was also advised that if she resubscribes later
on to NOT send administrative requests to over 5,000 PUBLIB readers.

As a reminder, every PUBLIB message includes a footer that includes a link
to subscription information, which has a page with more information about
contacting the moderators. Write me or Sara if you have trouble. We may not
get to you in a New York minute, but we'll get there.
