Brandeis University?s Center on Hunger and Poverty challenges students 
to help fight hunger in their community.

With the Gerda & Kurt Klein Foundation, the Center created kNOw Hunger 
(www.knowhunger.org), "a ready-to-use, 6-unit social studies curriculum 
geared toward high school youth and designed to enable educators to 
easily integrate social content materials into their classes."
