When we added wifi, we recognized that we needed to provide a place for 
people to plug in their PCs. We recognized this because they were running 
power cords across some of our aisles.

If you can, move some carrells or tables next to outlets. Wifiers will find 
them. Gently ask them to not create tripping hazards (which would probably 
also damage their laptop).

If you are remodeling, make some real changes. We added booths and counter 
style seating (next to the coffee shop) when we remodeled. Photos at
