[Publib] What would your Library do with Avian Flu?

I'm doing some emergency preparedness planning and wondered if any library
has a sample plan or guidelines or has a great resource that they could share
with me regarding a public library response to a pandemic flu or other easily
communicable disease outbreak.
For example, what factors do you use to determine it was time to close your
facility? What would you do with staff who did not want to expose themselves
to the risk factors of dealing with the public? What would the public's
expectations be? What is the library's role in continuing to provide
information?
I've done a little research so far, but if another library has already
written a plan, there's no need to reinvent the wheel. Share with me on or
off list.
Thanks,
