Subject: Crime in libraries

Are any of you noticing an increase in crime.  We've had three or four
exposures just since the first of the year.  The last time the guy
actually ejaculated on one of our chairs.  I suspect it is the same person
and wonder if he'll progress from these activities to touching patrons or
more violent acts. 

We had a bomb threat this past weekend.  Fortunately it was a hoax, but it
depresses me that we have to spend so much time and energy on controlling
these sick people. 

Fortunately, no real damage has been done, but I worry about what will
come next.  We're a "nice suburban community" I can't imagine what your in
more crime ridden areas are dealing with.
