I would like to take this opportuntity to introduce you to a new publication:
3W - The World Wide Web Newsletter. 3W is the a paper magazine that covers
all the global networks from a user perspective. The magazine avoids
technical jargon and concentrates on providing information, advice, news,
ideas and references about the new global networks.

3W is about the media and the people, the resources and the
