[ILL-L] looking for a hard to obtain journal: Journal of GLBT family studies

Hellooooooo Wonderful ILLer's.

I am trying to obtain an article from the Journal of GLBT family studies, whose citation is Volume 4, No. 4, pg 433-452 A Theory of Resilience Applied to Couples Affected by HIV/AIDS by Brad van Eeden-Moorefield .

I have never had any luck obtaining an article from this journal, it is always passed on OCLC as "Auto-Deflection: format type", yet I have had no luck finding a soul who has the print (ISSN 1550-428X). No library in docline has it, so I am at a loss.

Does anyone have a licensing agreement that will allow an ILL from this title? I can put this on OCLC (we are PHU) and will pay whatever you ask (we lend free to those who lend free).

My patron would be most grateful. 

thanks for any consideration you might be able to give. This is my second time in a year  trying to obtain an article from this journal, the first time it was unfillled.
