[ILL-L] where did my "review in process" requests go?

Any requests in 'review in process' status are retained for only 14
system days (same as 'review' and 'save'). If they had been waiting
there that long, then they were automatically deleted.

You could retrieve them by searching closed requests, if you know the
patrons' names or some other criteria to search by. Patron names aren't
supposed to be saved in closed requests, but I've found that they are
still there in closed requests that have only been closed for a day or
two.

Subject: [ILL-L] where did my "review in process" requests go?

Last week, I had about 35 "review in process" requests that I
could not order because the patrons had exceeded their limit on

Worldcat items out. Today, when I logged into my wcrs account,
these requests have vanished. What happened and can they be

	retrieved?
