[ILL-L] color image from Journal of Nursing Management needed

Would anyone be able to provide a color scan of one page from the
Journal of Nursing Management?  We have a b&W copy of the article, but
unfortunately it contains one graphic which scanned without enough
shading definition for the text to be legible.
