[ILL-L] LVIS participants

I've noticed something else that is probably related to the economy.  There 
were many academic libraries that charged $11 for a copy.  It just seemed to 
be the prevailing price.  Lately, I am noticing a lot more libraries that chagre 
$15 for a copy.  As you say, ILL departments are having to charge, and 
many are apparently having to charge more.
