[ILL-L] Anyone have trouble merging into Word

We are using ILLiad 7.3, and some on my staff use Office 2007, and some have
Office 2003. We are having trouble merging into Word to create the book
straps and shipping labels. We've contacted OCLC and followed their
instructions to create the path from ILLiad to Word, but it's still not
working. Does anyone have any ideas? This spread from one workstation
originally to two now.
