[ILL-L] Help with ERIC document

Hello Wonderful ILL-Lers! 

A rare request this morning for an ERIC document. Could some kind library supply and I would submit a request in OCLC (and would pay up to 45ifm) , or I would at least certainly supply reciprocally anything you'd ever need from us. We are PHU in OCLC
