[ILL-L] Need help locating a book

Is it possible this book has not yet been published?  I see it was listed as "forthcoming" some years ago, and Amazon lists a publication date of Feb. 2006, but I am unable to find it in WorldCat, Bookfinder.com, or the Cambridge University Press web site.  You may want to contact someone at the Cambridge University Press. 
 
Incidentally, I know of another book currently listed in Amazon with a publication date of 2007 that has never been published.  Amazon is wonderful, but I don't trust their publication dates.
