[ILL-L] document delivery services

I have a related question for libraries with any form of in-house
document delivery service, paid or free: what legal framework are you
using for copyright- are you using Section 108, or have you come up
with some other way to adjudicate what constitutes a legal request and
what limits are applicable? We've settled on Section 108 for now (we
run a free service for our faculty, students, and staff), but we're
curious if anyone has taken a different copyright approach.
Feel free to contact me off-list if you'd prefer.
Thanks,
Tom Bruno
