[ILL-L] TOC of book in Polish

Dear Librarians,

A lecturer has requested  a copy of the table of contents (TOC) from an out of print book in Polish. I searched Amazon ,Google books and various library catalogues to see if they had posted a TOC but to no avail.
OCLC shows that the book exists in a number of US libraries - Columbia, LOC. Washington, California, Wisconsin and Illinois.
If it's not too much trouble, I would be grateful if a kind soul could scan and email  or photocopy the TOC for me. (let me know the cost)
