Thank you to everyone that has helped me with this request.  

It looks like Linda Wilkinson from the Washington State Library will be able to fill my request. So to avoid duplicating efforts anyone else who is looking into this can stop now.  If for some reason complications arise and she can't fill the request I think I have enough information to track down the articles myself but if not I can ask again.
