[ILL-L] Seattle post-intelligencer

Hello everyone.

I hate asking for help on a search, I prefer finding these myself but this is proving to be too time consuming.

My patron wants one section of a specific day's newspaper (the Seattle post-intelligencer, section F, May 20, 2004). Apparently that issue had a special section on the new Seattle Public Library.

Unfortunately I haven't been able to find any library that has that newspaper in print form. I can only find libraries that have it in electronic form (I still haven't been able to figure out how to force OCLC First Search to limit search results to show only libraries that have a periodical in print form. If I knew how to do that, that would help me in a lot of searches...) Anyways the problem with trying to get articles from someone with only electronic access, I have to be able to give them the name of the articles, I can't exactly make a request and say "give me everything that was in section F on that day's issue". I don't have access to any database even abstracts only that has this newspaper so I can't check to see if one can bring up all articles that appeared in that section on that day, and to see just how many articles we are talking about. The Seattle post-intelligencer's website doesn't appear to allow for date based searches. I tried checking the Seattle Public Library but apparently they are closed this week due to budget cut backs (I can't even access their catalogue on their website so I can't check to see if they have a print version of that issue). Checking the catalogues of other Seattle based libraries did not net me someone that has a print copy of that day's issue. And I can't figure out a way to find out the name of the articles that appeared in that section.

So to summarize my questions.

So can anyone tell me how to force OCLC First Search to limit results to only libraries that have print versions?

Does anyone have access to a physical copy of the May 20, 2004 issue, section F of the Seattle post-intelligencer?
If you do can you copy that section for me (or at least all of the articles that pertain to the new Seattle Public Library?)
Or at the very least give me a list of the names of the articles so I can request those from libraries that have it in electronic form.

Is there a way for me to find out the names of the articles that appeared in that section?

My patron of course wants this ASAP, and when asked how much she was willing to pay she listed "minimal" which obviously doesn't help much. So I'm going under the assumption that I need to find this at no charge, or if there's a charge I will note how much and contact the patron to see if that amount is minimal enough before going ahead.

I can receive articles by fax, ariel, or E-mail. I can only receive copies by mail if it is from a Canadian library as any mail from the States takes a minimum of 3 to 4 weeks to get here. My contact numbers/addresses are listed in my overly long signature.

Thanks in advance for any help.

(oh and I subscribe to the list in digest form so it's probably best to CC any response to my E-mail to ensure I get it today instead of tomorrow).
