[ILL-L] MISDIRECTED UPS PACKAGE

I think the library who sent you the book needs to put in a claim with UPS.
They are the ones who paid for the UPS shipment and the book was sent from
their location. You will have to ask them to do that. If they are not
feeling cooperative, you may be stuck with the bill. If the lending library
doesn't want to make the effort, they can fall back on billing you since
your library requested the book. Or, you can try claiming it with UPS
yourself, but I think they are fairly particular in their process. Good
luck!
