of the statewide budget cuts. Please ad OWU to the list of libraries that

This is bad news.  As a rule we are pretty mean about lending only to
libraries willing to lend to us, but you have lots of credit.  Please send
requests and we will do our best.

Let us know if we can help.  We could conditional with harsh messages about
the importance of reciprocity.  Would this convince your organization that
ILL lending is the life blood of good service?
