Hello,

       I'm hoping someone can help me locate this title:

JOURNAL (OF THE RESEARCH ASSOCIATION OF MINORITY PROFESSORS).

 

All my patron wants is the title page showing the editor of vol. 7, no
1; the table

of contents and the author's guidelines/review qualifications.

 

I located the OCLC record, but only DLC owns this and has rejected my
requests.

I've e-mailed the Association, but have had no response in a week.

So I'm hoping you all can help me.
