[ILL-L] refundable deposits for interlibrary loan

Hi-

Does anyone charge a refundable deposit for interlibrary loans? If so are you a public, special, or educational library? How much do you charge, and is it refundable when the item is returned or only refundable if the person moves away and no longer will be using the library?
