[ILL-L] BOOK CHAPTERS

This is a good point.  When a patron requests a chapter from a book, and I suspect other chapters in the book will also be useful, I request the book.  But when anothe rlibrary requests just a chapter, I prefer to send a copy of the chapter, partly to save on shipping costs (and to save the other library time), but also to have the book on hand in case our patrons need it.
