[ILL-L] BOOK CHAPTERS

One thing I've learned in every copyright workshop I've been to is that
copyright is the concern of the borrower, not the lender. If they request
one chapter, they can in good faith mark CCG. If they request multiple
chapters, they can mark CCL and pay copyright royalties through one of the
usual channels.

I'm glad to see this discussion. I have always been told that we send the
book because of copyright restrictions.
It is definitely cheaper to send the chapter via Ariel than mail the book.
Does no one else see the copyright side of this?
