    Hi Joanne,

Our policy is to NOT request anything through ILL that we own. This
includes e-books, books that are checked out, and library items that are on
reserve. We will, however, consider overriding the policy in certain
circumstances.

 Hello list members-

I’m writing to find out how you all handle ILL borrowing requests from your
users for items that you have in your library collection, specifically:

· e-books

· items on hourly reserve

· items that are in the library’s collection but checked out and are
not due to be returned for at least 1 week

Do you proceed with ILL requests for the above or do you cancel
automatically?

Thanks very much-

Joanna Duy
