[ILL-L] Cost cutting measures for interlibrary loanservice?...has anyone put a list of measures to take on thelistserv?

1.  Blackmail a talk show host.
2.  Solicit company sponsorship and place their logo (e.g. Wachovia,
Coca-Cola) on all of your ILL packaging, loan slips, 	etc.
3.  Identify your commuters (faculty, staff, and students) and convince them all to deliver ILL materials to the library in their town.
