[ILL-L] Anyone have "Health Devices" on paper?

As far as I can tell, there either is no electronic access for this or
it is severely restricted in regards to ILL. I've tried University of
Minnesota, University of Washington and University of California SF but
none have the issue I need.

 

Here's the cite:

 

Needlestick-prevention devices. Disposable syringes and injection
needles. (2003) Health Devices 32:9 September, pp. 333-364. ISSN
0046-7022.

 

I tried the publisher, they want $285 USD for the entire issue and won't
sell just the article. We can pay, but not THAT much. Any help would be
much appreciated!
