[ILL-L] HELP with citation

I am looking for anyone that might be able to help me with an article 
request. It's in  the: Cultural Diversity: 22nd National Conference on 
Physical Activity for the Exceptional Individual.November 4-6, 1993. There 
is suppose to be an article in that, titled: Brain Gym in the Classroom,
pages 108-109..
I have not been able to find anyone that owns it.
