[ILL-L] Changes to FER Lending Policies, etc. starting Monday, October 5, 2009

Hello!
 
I'm pleased to announce that Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University
library (FER) in Daytona Beach, FL will be changing their ILL lending
book loan periods to a 56-day check out with no renewals.  This change
will begin on Monday, October 5th, 2009.  
 
**Any ILL lending books that were checked out prior to October 5th will
still be processed according to our soon-to-be "old" policy which is/was
30-days initial check out with the option of a 14-day renewal.  
 
As a reminder, we do not loan videos or CD-roms through Interlibrary
Loan  -- only books.  
 
And as an FYI to Florida libraries that participate in the statewide
DLLI courier system:  we are changing from 5-day delivery to 3-day
delivery.
 
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.  I will be
out of the office starting today at 1pm, however I will be back to my
office on Monday, October 5th.
