[ILL-L] AV FREE list

I've sent and resent several requests for TV show videos to folks on the AVFREE list and for the most part the requests are being deflected.   Seems to me if a library lends AV and puts themselves on the AV FREE list they should at least condition a requests and tell the borrower what their policy is.   My patron is looking for the Season 1-4 of the CBS series Crimial Minds.  Will anyone out there lend these?
