[ILL-L] Request for Engineering Standard

Does anyone have a copy of a standard by Telcordia, GR-1089,
Electromagnetic Compatibility and Electrical Safety-Generic Criteria for
Network Telecommunications Equipment? 

 

It does not appear that anyone in OCLC has one.
