There's a sample reciprocal agreement in Appendix D of Interlibrary Loan and Document Delivery: Best Practices for Operating and Managing Interlibrary Loan Services in All Libraries, by Lee Andrew Hilyer.  I'd be happy to send you a copy if you don't have the book.

Apologies if this has been addressed recently - I am behind on my listserv reading. I am looking for a generic, boilerplate version of a reciprocal agreement to use with libraries with whom we have not previously had a reciprocal arrangement. I don't have a hard copy of one in our files here, and a brief search on ShareILL didn't seem to turn up anything like this. Does anyone have any suggestions or resources to which you could point me?
