[ILL-L] Charges and Fees for ILL Services

This question is for those institutions that charge for ILL requests. Do you
have a flat fee per item? Do you charge per page for articles? Do you charge
if a request comes back unfilled? Are there any other situations in which
you charge? I would really appreciate it if you could send responses
directly to me at malynda.dalton at gmail.com. I can also compile answers and
post them back to the list for any that are interested.
