[ILL-L] Frankfurter Zeitung (German newspaper)

I am having difficulty locating this article, "Die Stimmung in Holland,"
which is supposed to be on the front page of the morning edition (the
professor states that there were several morning editions) of the
"Frankfurter Zeitung" newspaper on November 8, 1908.  He has specified
"no. 311" as the issue, but I can find no reference to that number in any
of the OCLC records I've examined so far.  The fact that I don't speak
German is hampering my efforts, as is the number of serials that have
"Frankfurter Zeitung" as part of the title.  I know I am missing something
here, and I will continue my research, but if anyone can offer an idea to
speed things along, I would be most grateful.
