[ILL-L] Would you lend non-circ materials to another library in an emergency?

Hello ILLers~

My director has asked how lenders would handle requests for materials that are normally against their policy to lend if the requesting library had some sort of disaster where their own collection was unavailable or, worst case scenario, gone.

Would you lend A/V, Reference, etc. even if you don't normally? Would you accept faxed or emailed ALA forms for items that are automatically deflected by item type in OCLC?

Many thanks for your responses.
