[ILL-L] Thank You Notes

As someone who receives mis-routed courier or mis-sent mail items more
regularly than we'd probably like, and who is now an ILL department of one
(hopefully temporarily), I appreciate the slips, or even a stamped Thank You
- because if I can determine quickly whether the item is coming or going, I
can pop it right back into the courier/mail bin with the proper address,
without it having to wait for me to get a hold of someone at the libraries
involved.

Being a member of our campus's sustainability committee, I am always
thinking about paper use - I've been working to minimize print jobs by
consolidating mailing labels with whatever slips are associated with that
direction. I'm trying to minimize paper use without losing the associated
information.

Cheers,
