[ILL-L] Thank You Notes

I think as probably many of us do that thank you notes are a welcome
respite from the often impersonal side of ILL. We stamp "thank you" on
the return paperwork we send back with the book-not only because we are
truly thankful that you are willing to share your collection with us,
but also because that personal touch means something and is important in
a virtual world sometimes taken over by the impersonal. We generally
get returned items with hand written notes on the paperwork, or colorful
stamps. It is never overwhelming for us, or unwelcome. Thank you.

Sincerely,

Sara E. Hatch
