[ILL-L] Thank You Notes

I don't know...some days I think those slips make the day brighter,
particularly when you've had a rough day with OCLC being down for the
upteementh time that week and Ariel being a general pain in the butt
and their tech support non existent, it's sometimes nice to see those
and know that we actually made a difference.

I mean its nice to receive stuff from patrons, but be honest how many
students know what we do?  I think its up to us to encourage each
other.
