Thanks Arthur-
I will ask her to wait, but I'm sure it is fairly urgent-not snake bite
urgent, but I'm sure she feels equivalently desperate...J

It looks as if this in EBSCOhost with a 12-month embargo, so PDF for v.
10 no. 3 Sep. 2008 is available (if you have EBSCOhost), but not yet v.
10 n. 4, which is Dec. 2008.
I assume your patron can't wait two months?
(I sometimes picture myself dealing with a patron who's just been bitten
by a rattlesnake. "Here's a citation for a book that looks as if it
should be useful for dealing with venomous snake bites. Would you like
to order it on ILL?")

Subject: [ILL-L] Article request--Help!
Hello all-
I have a request that has been returned to me unfilled twice now. It
looks as if it is being automatically deflected, or the article is too
new...
The journal appears to be only available electronically as of 2005.
There are over 300 libraries that have it, is anyone able to please
loan a copy of this article:
Percy, Ian. "Awareness and authoring: the idea of self in mindfulness
and narrative therapy."
European journal of psychotherapy, counselling v. 10 n. 4, 2008, pp.
355-367.
I would appreciate any help or advice you could give me. Thank you!
Sincerely,
Sara E. Hatch
